Ignorance will be the key for Scotland in Lithuania on Friday.

The national team has very little to lose after the away defeat to Sweden.

Even the home win against Czech Republic in the first game of the Craig Levein era should be ignored.

But above all, this revised Scotland squad must ignore the opponent. All talk of a revenge mission by the yellow-and-green boys, from Andrius Velicka no less- who clearly enjoys a wry joke given he plays in Scotland for Rangers-must be the last thing on the minds of the players.

The Away End in print, as Scotland face England.

This weekend, the CPISRA Football 7-a-side European Championships reaches its' climax, as Scotland gets set to face the auld enemy.

Russia and Ukraine face off in Saturday afternoon's final, but the Tartan Army should be licking their lips at the prospect for the auld enemy going head-to-head in the shadow of Hampden Park.

England's 8-0 win over Spain on Wednesday, which was swiftly followed by Scotland thumping guest nation Australia 7-1, set up a meeting between the famous rivals.

Three domestic knockout competitions is excessive

The Diddy Cup, as fans with a sense of humour know it, took place this week.

Is it really a cup to be made fun of? The joke of the season calendar?

Since some supporters of lower league sides are paying league game admission rates, it is becoming such.
