			<description><![CDATA[Slightly harsh I think. There is no doubt we've struggled to produce players over the last 20 or so years but that was due more than anything to a complete abandonment al Ist of grass roots football in the 90's brought on by teams in Scotland signing any foreign dud with a fancy second name rather than giving youth a chance. But at least we're seeing an upturn in fortunes. Although we don't have many players st top teams in England we at least have a solid core of players playing in the prem regularly. Enough at least that we should be competitive in the qualification groups. If the results aren't coming you need to take a harder look at those in charge in my opinion.]]></description>
