Message board warriors do not speak for Aberdeen support
The following is a reply to an article by journalist David Leggat, and has been sent to the aforementioned personally.

I read your article this evening with great interest: http://davidleggat-leggoland.blogspot.com/2010/09/aberdeen.html
Do you not find it ironic that you write an article about Aberdeen having a hatred of Rangers, only to be met with replies from 'Gers supporters trying to take the moral high ground? A moral high ground which none of them managed, instead resorting to spewing out their own hatred of Aberdeen.
Ignorance will be the key for Scotland in Lithuania on Friday.

The national team has very little to lose after the away defeat to Sweden.
Even the home win against Czech Republic in the first game of the Craig Levein era should be ignored.
But above all, this revised Scotland squad must ignore the opponent. All talk of a revenge mission by the yellow-and-green boys, from Andrius Velicka no less- who clearly enjoys a wry joke given he plays in Scotland for Rangers-must be the last thing on the minds of the players.

Scotland awoke on Friday morning to find its national game battered and bruised.
Kids haven’t had the chance to get their school bags and pencil cases dirty and already we’re down to just one pitiful representative in Europe.
Last night saw Motherwell, Dundee United and Celtic all exit the big boy’s playground, leaving us with just Rangers carrying the can for Scottish football. And let’s be honest, Walter Smith’s men are far more likely to damage our game’s ailing reputation further than they are improve it.
